Simplicity 950 Straight Stairlifts

The Simplicity 950 is a straight stairlift which means that it is suitable for use where a stairlift does not need to travel around a corner.

The Simplicity 950 is also very easy to use. The stairlift is protected by a key switch, once switched on the toggle control is simply held in the direction of travel. The toggle can be placed on the left or right hand arm.

The stairlift track is slim in design and is fixed to the stair. It sits close to the edge of the staircase thereby leaving the staircase clear for other users.

On arrival at the top of the stairs the seat is turned to face the landing so that you can get on and off your stairlift with ease. In the event that your staircase has a 90° corner landing at the top with a couple of steps to the final landing it may be possible to fit a platform system, which allows the user to dismount the stairlift and walk directly onto the landing.
